Prices and conditions of sale The price of the test(s) are as quoted on the website as amended from time to time. All payment must be made in sterling. You may send your order via the online ordering, including credit card details; by fax, post or phone to the fax number (credit card payment only), postal address (credit card or cheque payment), or phone number (credit card payment only), listed on the website. Payment must be received in full prior to the shipping of any Food Detective Kits. All prices are 'Total'. This means that there are no additional costs. Methods of payment are: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, money orders and cheques. Cheques must be made payable to Cambridge Nutritional Sciences Ltd. and contain the necessary cheque guarantee card information on the reverse. Order Confirmation If you send your order over the internet, CNS will send you an order confirmation by email. If you send your order by fax or by post CNS will send an order confirmation by return fax or by post only. All order confirmations will be sent on or before (but no later than) delivery of your Food Detective kit. Shipping After your payment has been processed we will forward you the Food Detective Kit. This should be delivered within 5 working days depending on stock. Any dates quoted for the delivery of the Food Detective Kit(s) are approximate only and CNS shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the order. Times for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by CNS in writing. The order may be delivered by CNS in advance of the quoted delivery date. It is the express responsibility of you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. You shall notify CNS within 7 days of delivery in respect of any damage to the Food Detecive Kit(s), shortfall or incorrect specification being delivered. If you do not notify CNS within 7 days following delivery, the order received shall be deemed in accordance with the order placed by you and completely satisfactory Order Cancellation and Refund All orders may be cancelled and refunded prior to the use of the Food Detective Kit(s). Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel the order within 7 days following the date it was received. To do this you must either notify CNS by email or send a letter to the address provided on the website informing CNS that the order is being returned under the "7 day cooling off period". A refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
